Our products are created with natural butters and oils and should be stored in sealed containers, in a dark, cool, dry place until you are ready to use. We also advise that our products are used within 6 months of purchase.

Due to the organic nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to provide a fair remedy. You may address any concerns to info@distinctivelyu.com.

We offer free shipping on orders $100 and over. For orders under $100, packages are shipped according to weight. Our carriers are FedEx and USPS. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment. If for any reason your shipment will be delayed you will be informed by email. Shipping confirmations and package tracking information will be provided via email once items have been dispatched. We regret we are unable to ship anywhere outside of the US at this time.

We are always working to keep our inventory ready for our customers. However, since our products are handcrafted and can take 4-6 weeks to create, cure and package. On rare occasions there may be a brief waiting period to fulfill your order. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and offered comparable products or the option to have your chosen product shipped to you immediately once it becomes available.
